Forgiveness can help us release ourselves from past guilt, bitterness, regret, sadness, resentment and anger.  It can take away pain, reduce stress levels and set you free from past suffering.  Take part in the above forgiveness meditation and release anger and resentment.

The chaplaincy service is available to all patients, relatives and staff, whatever your personal beliefs, and not just for those who practise a religion.

There may be times when you feel the need to talk with someone. The chaplaincy team has time to listen and take what you say seriously.
