Being thankful helps us remember and appreciate all the good things in life, which helps us feel happy!

People who show gratitude are known to have greater levels of positivity and life satisfaction and reduced stress and depression.

Please take a moment to think about the importance of being happy - it helps keep our mind and body healthy and provides resilience when times are hard.

The Chaplaincy Service has shared a free music album from the Empty Hands Music chairity to spread seeds of goodness in the world through selfless service, music, and love. Empty Hands is a  US-based non-profit organisation with an intention to spread seeds of goodness through its music, events and sharings all across the world, as well as through its grassroots, arts-based service work from the Gandhi Ashram, for underprivileged children in the slums of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

You can download the music album here.
