Day Service Offer
Sitting separately from the Crisis and Home Treatment Team, we also have a Day Service. This is an intensive service for children and young people who are in a period of mental health crisis and who are at the risk of being admitted to hospital, or whose family are at risk of breakdown.
The Day Service offers an add-on to a young person's mental health care plan and is provided in addition to the normal package of care that a young person recieves. Young people generally stay open to the Day Service for up to 3 months and the details of each offer are unique to the individual.
The Day Service only accepts internal referrals and a young person's care team will identify if this level of service is required.
