You are invited to attend a virtual informal question and answer session.

A group of health professionals (including Doctors, Nurses, Pharmacists, Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists) trained in dementia care will be available to answer the many questions you may have about this commonly misunderstood illness.

The hub will provide readily available information and support under one roof and is being run once a month by the Trust’s Older Adult Day Services team along with system partners including Alzheimer’s Society, University Hospitals of Derby and Burton NHS Foundation Trust, Derbyshire Community Health Services NHS Foundation Trust, Making Space and Derbyshire Carers Association.

Our Board of Directors meets in public on a regular basis. Anyone can attend and observe a meeting.

Questions will be considered by the Trust Chair if they are sent by email to the Board Secretary up to 48 hours before the meeting. If the Chair believes the question is relevant to an item on the meeting's agenda, a response will be provided by the Board at the meeting.  Email your question to our Board Secretariat.  

The Council of Governors meeting is open to Trust members and the public to observe.
