Are you a patient, family member or carer of someone with dementia?
Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is holding a free online information event to help those affected by dementia.
The free question and answer session is aimed at people experiencing memory problems or those diagnosed with dementia and their carers, as well as anyone who wishes to learn more about support.
There is a chance for an informal discussion with a friendly team including doctors, nurses, occupational therapists, support workers and psychologists trained in memory problems and dementia care, who will be available to answer questions and provide advice.
