We are seeking two new values-led Non-Executive Directors to add to the skills and experiences of our diverse Board and our dedicated Council of Governors, at a critical time for our population’s health and well-being. We have a ‘people first’ culture at Derbyshire Healthcare, and we require candidates who are comfortable engaging with staff and service users and are able to support us as we shape a successful integrated care system - working with partners across Derbyshire to improve the lives of our population.
We are keen to appoint two Non-Executive Directors: one who brings senior level experience of people services and organisational development within a person-centred complex organisation, with desirable experience in multiple sectors. For the second role, we are looking for a person with transformation/ programme management or quality improvement experience at a senior level within a healthcare environment or from another people-centred organisation.
