Members of Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, and the general public, are invited to a special event to give an insight into the Trust, the services it offers and its staff and governors.
The event will take place on Tuesday 30 July, 6pm – 7.30pm at Rivermead, Goods Road, Belper, Derbyshire, DE56 1UU.
Included will be a presentation from guest speaker, Dr Joanne Kennedy, Consultant Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist, focussing on Specialist Child & Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), with the opportunity for questions afterwards.
There will also be a chance to meet some of the Trust’s directors and governors, who will be there to talk about what their role entails and how people can get involved with the Trust.

6.30pm – 6.40pm: Lead Governor, Lew Hall – Being a governor in practice.
6.40pm – 6.50pm: Questions and answers.
6.50pm – 7.10pm: Guest speaker, Dr Joanne Kennedy, Consultant Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist - ‘Rough Guide to Child & Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS)’, including information on the service itself, the role the staff play and how the service helps families in the local area.
