Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust will be holding its Annual Members Meeting at the Centre for Research & Development, Kingsway Site, Derby DE22 3LZ, on Tuesday 10 September 2013, 11am – 4pm.
It is our opportunity to tell our members and the general public what we have achieved over the past year, and what we expect over the coming year. All members, and the general public, are invited to attend.
11.00am - 1.00pm: Market place exhibition, showcasing teams from across the Trust
1.00pm - 2.15pm: Formal meeting including the Chief Executive’s review of the year and presentation of the Annual Report 2012/13
2.45pm - 4.00pm: Council of Governors meeting
The event will begin with a Quality Exhibition marketplace from 11am, where teams will demonstrate their services with the theme ‘how the Trust Values have been implemented’. This will be an opportunity to learn more about services within the Trust and ask questions to the teams.
A light lunch will be provided from 12 noon and the formal Annual Members Meeting will begin at 1pm, followed by the our quarterly Council of Governors meeting, which members of the public are welcome to sit in on.
The Annual Members Meeting will include the Chief Executive’s review of the year and presentation of the Annual Report 2012/13, a look at the year ahead, the presentation of the annual accounts and an opportunity for questions to the Chief Executive and Chair.
